We currently do not offer returns.  If there is any issue with your item, please reach out to heidi@baggbuddy.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
Although we do not offer returns, we occasionally can process an exchange, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  In this case, you would likely be responsible for return shipping to the following address:
